Parkview Village Senior Living

Income based apartments for 50 years or older. Great apartments for seniors to live in. Manager was great through are application process.

I just recently moved to Parkview village apartments.
A very, very nice & safe building. Also a very nice Manager, who does their job very excellent. A great place to rent. I feel right at home 🏡, and absolutely have no problem with anyone here. I wouldn't live anywhere else. Also maintenance is right on top !!!!

The absolute worst place to rent in Beatrice. Terrible manager. No maintenance person on site for repairs. People smoke marijuana there. Nothing is done about it. There was an assault there 2 weeks ago by one of the residents who is now in jail. Residents complaining about the smoke,& marijuana smell in the hallways. Doesn't do any good to complain as the manager doesn't care. She23rd only has her 3 favorite people there to sit in her office & talk about all of the other residents. She rented to a lady there who is a very nice person. The manager refers to her as "crazy lady". Very cruel, mean thing to say. Do not rent there.
