Within 2 minutes of meeting this young lady, she engaged with me as if I knew her my whole life. She was personal, friendly and treated my family as if it were her own. I've grown accustomed to banks where people rarely smiled, seemed to dislike their profession, or rarely looked you in the eye. Here, all those feelings of just being a number melted away. “We had an extremely enjoyable day at the water park yesterday! The lines for the diving boards never got too long, and the lines for the slides were quite reasonable. They have a roughly 10 minute safety check at the top of every hour, and it’s the perfect time to rehydrate and reapply sunscreen. Side note; we followed the rules, didn’t cause any issues and as a result, the lifeguards were actually quite friendly!”
