I must say this trip was truly relaxing and much needed. Upon arrival after an early morning of travel we met Norma in the office who greeted us with a warm and welcoming smile. She was so sweet to us and made sure we were all set. She suggested local things for us to do. She answered every question with Grace and kindness. We never felt like we were a bother like some places you go the people act like they are doing a favor by giving you information. The night security was awesome. He made his rounds and made us feel safe and greeted us when we returned from dinner. I can’t say enough good things about the customer service experience we had. Everyday Norma made me smile with her sweet spirit. I wish there was a Norma in every place I go. The location is prime CVS is literally in the middle of the next block. Restaurants, gift shops, liquor store, and the main event the beautiful BEACH is literally steps away. I’ll definitely be back and I hope my Norma is there.

This was our first time as owners of a timeshare in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff. Our room was ready and clean. Towel service midweek. I knocked one star off for service because COVID-19 has changed their protocols. Great view of the ocean. Within walking distance of many clubs and restaurants. Freedom Boat Club is a two-minute drive if you're into boating. Silver seas Beach Club is a great location if you're a member of Freedom Boat Club. Already. Looking forward to next year.

Great experience! They were very accommodating, held on to our bags for a little at check in, and let us stay parked in the lot for a little after check out. They provided towels for the beach, which is as close of a walk as you can get in Lauderdale. Actual room was even better than expected. Kitchen was very nice. Pool area was great and well-maintained, and I think they were upgrading some areas around the grill while we were there. And there are some really lovable guests that stay there regularly, and the workers seemed to know them by name. Just seemed like an all-around nice, welcoming community of people.

We leave tomorrow and spent 5 days at this hotel and it was great! If you are looking for a great price and don’t mind minor cosmetic things (broken lamp in one of our rooms, some paint on ceiling in bathroom) this hotel is perfect! The beach is within a few steps of the front gate, pool is good size and even goes to 9 ft. They provide pool toys and daily security guard walking the premises even at night. TONS of shopping and food within walking distance. This was truly a GREAT decision for my pockets while still receiving a great location for everyone! Will definitely book this hotel again when coming to Ft.Lauderdale
