(July 22, 2022, 11:13 am)The Villas at Mahoney team has been nothing but outstanding. The girls in the office have all been super helpful and made my move as easy as possible. My apartment did have a very bad smell in the garage area due to the past tenant, but they have done everything they could to remedy it.
Maintenance requests are handled extremely fast.
The Villas at Mahoney park are a little expensive, however you pay for what you get. The complex is extremely quiet and is worth the price in rent.
(June 27, 2022, 2:28 pm)The maintenance guys were very nice and respectful and friendly! We had several issues after our building got struck by lightning and they were very helpful in getting all of our issues resolved in really good amount of time. Appreciated the whole situation.
(June 15, 2022, 9:29 am)I love my place! After living in a two story house for 52 yrs this place is so modern and refreshing. The crew here from the office staff to the maintenance crew are awesome. My only concern is the over active young boy that lives above me who doesn't know the word walk but runs all day long. At 79 yrs old this can wear on a person's nerves.
