Loved their customer service, quick response times, easy to communicate via phone, email or text. And when there were little questions or problems that came up, they were happy to answer. There was a little unavoidable damage to part of our siding on a dormer, for example...old house, old siding, they came up with an easy fix and now it looks like nothing even happened there!
They worked with our insurance because we had storm damage, and Chris made all that pretty easy.
I also appreciated Andy's energy and quick attention to anything wrong. He even reached out when there was a crazy 80 MPH wind day not long after they had JUST finished the roof. They wanted to make sure I knew they'd come out and repair anything that got damaged. So nice.
And now the house just looks so good! I love the shingles, the gutters look so trim and clean. Can recommend!!
