LOVE Trek Bicycle Hurst! Matt helped us find the perf bike and got us all set up. He was so patient with us, even while our kids were riding around the shop most of the time. Excellent customer service, extremely knowledgeable, felt very good about the purchase and excited about being part of the Trek community. Now time to ride!

All around great shop. These guys are extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Charlie especially was helpful, he didn’t make any promises and delivered an excellent outcome in a very reasonable amount of time. My bike is riding flawlessly, frankly it feels brand new. These guys are awesome, I will certainly be returning for regular maintenance.

We were immediately greeted when we entered and helped by Gilbert. He and everyone that worked at this location made our purchase easy, friendly and we got exactly what we needed for our family! Gilbert was extremely knowledgeable and helped us select our bikes (2), trailer for our 2 year old, and all the accessories we needed! Just purchased a bike from these awesome people. The 1st bike Matt took me to fit me perfectly. I love my new bike because its so lightweight. I'm training my puppy to run alongside and he's pulled me down a few times but the bike holds strong. My knees, not so much. I went in today to get my seat adjusted and a new cup holder mounted and I won $100 shopping spree. So I'm basically a professional biker now with all my new gear. Watch out Tour de France.

Awesome service, fast, affordable and knowledgeable. Very friendly staff, super welcoming and warm. So many bike shops are stuffy and stuck up. These guys really do care and all they really want is for you to get out a ride. Highly recommend
