I was very apprehensive about having another spinal injection because of all the other bad experiences that I've had in the past. But this time was different. I am very impressed with my whole experienced this time at the Innovative Pain & Spine Specialists. And today I feel much better. Hopefully the improvement in my back pain will last for a long time, this time,

Experience was better than I was anticipating. Staff was positive and helpful. Dr. Essay was very clear in his explanation. Had an issue with the prep person in the procedure room. I asked her not to use clear tape on my back as the backing adhesive causes hives where it attaches to the skin. Used it anyway and told me she had to as they had nothing else to use. Being more pleasant about that info delivery may have eased my concern. Needless to say hives developed.

The staff are all really friendly and helpful. Dr Zach, the P.A.s, nurses, etc. are all wonderful! They work with you to find the best plan to get you feeling better. They will never know how much I appreciate everything that they’ve done for me! They have truly changed my life!

Dr. Essay is an excellent doctor and listens to how I feel and what my needs are. On my first visit he looked at my chart and we discussed all other treatments that I have went through to see nothing has helped. Dr. Essay recommended a pain stimulator and we are working to get this procedure done as soon as possible. . I have been thoroughly impressed by the nurses and all personnel at this office. My visits have all been very positive and have put me at a better place and understanding as to the next steps we will take for my back pain.
