One phone call and replacement parts were in the mail. Just 4 days later, parts installed, problem solved. Xotic stands behind their products. GREAT company!

(August 16, 2020, 10:12 am)If you’re like me, you’ll read reviews and see which air ride company is best. Do yourself a favor and stop reading now. Xotic Customs is the way to go! The BEST customer service in the business. I had air ride installed and after a minor issue, Derek rode out to where my bike was at and within 30 mins of a phone call, my bike was back on the road again! Thank you Xotic Customs!
