(September 7, 2019, 11:53 am)Went to the farmer's market (Saturday mornings through Oct.)- they have (almost) everything! Goat cheese from Dutch Girl Creamery, jam from Lana's Jams & Jellies, and amazing up-cycled goods from Marjorie Mae. For those that love the food carts, there were tons of baked goods & snack items, along with burritos or pulled pork. And of course the fresh produce & lots of craft items and great gift ideas. I recommend getting there early for parking though...

Haymarket shops hope to give back to community with Halloween event
The free festivities will begin at 5:30 p.m. in Bill Harris Iron Horse Park on 7th and Q streets. This event is hosted by the Lincoln Haymarket Development Corporation, a nonprofit board devoted to supporting the Haymarket with programs protecting and promoting its cultural and architectural heritage.
