“Usually very clean and well kept. Bathrooms very clean as well. Pizza is usually good, and 2 litre soda deals are great. Very consistent staff (i.e. not a high turn over rate). Only down side is they do not sell ANY alcohol, but this is a college neighborhood so I can understand why they don't.”

“I have had an excellent experience with Prime Place and had lived here since I was a sophomore. The management is super friendly and they had addressed all concerns the same day that I had brought them up. The huge positives about this place are: 1) By far the cheapest housing (other than renting a house) that you can find right next to UNL campus. 2) They have constantly improved aspects of the complex (new carpet and paint job of interior). 3) You don’t have to worry about water, electricity, or parking as everything is included in the rent price. — I had seen a comment earlier about how there are cheaper options elsewhere but trust me there isn’t. 4) If you are any sort of football fan THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. I cannot count the number of times I have gone to the railyard (only a 15 minute walk) or even slept in until 15 minutes before the game and still arrived on time. Incredibly worth the money. To address the negatives some other reviewers have brought up in their reviews, IT’S AN APARTMENT COMPLEX FULL OF COLLEGE KIDS. I’d be lying if I said that it’s always perfectly quiet and you didn’t get a smell of... you know... every once in a while, but we’ve always addressed noise concerns with our neighbors politely and they’ve always responded well to our requests. Overall, it’s a great place to live during your college years. If you’re a college kid who has a limited budget you’ll run into noise problems, people disrespecting the facilities everywhere you go. And as far as I know Prime Place doesn’t have an entire floor essentially rented out to a fraternity like some other complexes do.”
