It's very clean and modern. Couldn't see all the amenities, but all those I've seen, they look very nice.

Was knowledgeable and worked quickly to put in a new hot water heater to replace my 15 year old unit with an A.O. Smith 10 year 55 gal gas unit. I have a daughter who lives in Lincoln and is a single mom of two toddlers. My wife and I live in North Carolina so we aren’t close enough to act immediately. My daughter called me and she had two busted pipes that flooded the finished basement of the house. I called several plumbers and no one had same day reaction available due to the weather. Ken at Action took down my information and said he’d see what he could do. To my surprise he called within 30 minutes and had someone dispatched to my daughter’s house and they repaired both pipes.
