He is punctual, cares for your piano like it's his own, he's honest and does excellent work :) Our latest piano needed a tune + some pedal work and a dead-key repaired. It was music-perfomance season (December), so every tuner in town was booked for weeks. I called Dwight on a Saturday, he came that following Monday and like the professional he is, provided quality work at a more reasonable price than quoted elsewhere! Of the many fine tuners in the Lincoln area, Dwight is among the best :)
