First company told us our floors could never be lighter than they were originally, they did not sand the floors flat like we agreed and when we discovered there was actually 2 species of wood in our living room their reply was "I don't know what to tell you, there is nothing I can do about it". Tony's response was the exact opposite. He and his crew got the floors ice rink smooth, we replaced the mismatched wood and the color is exactly what we wanted in the beginning.
