I told her I had a very last minute order and would understand if she couldn’t take it. She did not hesitate to tell me she would do it for me! She heard the quiver in my voice and immediately began to reassure me all would be ok and spoke to me as if I was a good friend. When I picked it up, she told me I had been on her mind all day and helped me get it into my cart. She told me she had once been in my shoes and that she understood how I felt.
