“Dr. Essay is an excellent doctor and listens to how I feel and what my needs are. On my first visit he looked at my chart and we discussed all other treatments that I have went through to see nothing has helped. Dr. Essay recommended a pain stimulator and we are working to get this procedure done as soon as possible. . I have been thoroughly impressed by the nurses and all personnel at this office. “I had my knee surgery in April 2022. Just loved the service at the Syracuse Hospital. Every staff member was kind and caring, and it was sincere. And Dr Strasburger did an amazing job on my knee, no issues at all, and my life changed with my new knee. And Betsy the nurse-practitioner, was always there to support me with all my questions. Of course, I had to be faithful to my rehab, but I cannot say enough good things about the Syracuse Hospital and Dr Scott Strasburger It truly was a five star experience. And I am grateful!”

“My daughter encouraged me to start a fitness program with her a few years ago. Forty years of being a professional couch potato had gotten me to the point that I couldn’t walk a flight of stairs without having to stop and catch my breath. I had attempted to start fitness programs in the past, but it was nothing short of discouraging, and none lasted. When you’re really out of shape, the thought of starting a fitness program can be intimidated and overwhelmed. Finding the right trainer makes all the difference, and luckily, we found Brady! Brady takes a sincere interest in our individual goals, and he is able to adjust his training for EVERYONE from the least fit person to the most fit person. Many trainers assume your measure of success is tied directly to a dress size or how much weight you can bench or your body fat percentage. Brady recognizes that everyone’s current fitness level, as well as their measure of success, is unique to that individual. He listens and he teaches and he modifies anything he needs to in order to ensure the success of each individual. His classes are small, so he can take time to work with each person, making sure they are getting the most they can get from his training. Whether your goal is to look awesome in a bikini or run a marathon or just remain healthy and mobile to enjoy life, Brady is going to help you reach that goal. I cannot recommend Brady strongly enough! He would be an awesome choice for anyone at any fitness level, whether you’re looking for small group or personal training. He’s great to work with!”

“So after getting some (lighthearted l) flack for having never had an eye exam (I work in ophthalmology), I decided to make an appointment and went in on Thursday to get my first ever comprehensive eye exam. I walked in and received a very welcoming greeting from the receptionist who was got me checked in very quickly and efficiently. I was brought back by one of the technicians within about five minutes and everything that was going to be done was explained very well. I was then brought to an exam room to see Dr. Tyler Lee, who was amazing. He was very good and efficient. He informed me that my eyes are very healthy, but that I do just have a mild astigmatism, but that he wasn’t going to recommend glasses due to it not causing problems with my vision. He also explained to me what I would would realistically be looking at expecting to happen within the coming years. Definitely recommend seeing him if you’re able to! The only reason that this is getting 4/5 stars is because the intake paperwork could be a little better, but otherwise is was a great first impression”

“Oh my goodness, so beautiful. even before going, the scheduling was fast and easy. I have pretty bad anxiety, and the lovely lady at the front took her time explaining everything and was patient with my questions. everything here is thought out and feels so welcoming. they even leave you a brush and comb for after, Vaseline for cuts, they have so many good records you can sit for as long as you’d like to listen to, a lot of beautiful artwork, just an overall peaceful place that’s unlike anywhere I’ve seen here. Even the water spray bottle in the float room has me impressed, I actually brought my own just in case! it was nice, quiet and truly felt like I was disconnected from the world, almost gives you a giddy feeling and I personally felt so safe and comfortable.💜 I have only tried the float so far, it's left me feeling refreshingly calm and almost sore/heavy, in a post massage kind of way! I’m excited and optimistic about the other services already :) if you want to give yourself and your body a treat I’d def recommend, I came in feeling tight and not the greatest but couldnt stop smiling like a fool before I left 😁”

“I went along on a visit with my boyfriend Jason H. As soon as we walk in the door we were welcomed by very friendly receptionist. Not long after we were invited back, I was allowed to ask questions and watch my boyfriend get his adjustment. They're very caring, knowledgeable, and overall I think it was an excellent experience for both of us. I would refer anyone who needs chiropractic or acupuncture to this doctor, as I would also go myself. 10/10 definitely recommend!”
