Thanks to him, I got the LR41 watch battery that I really needed but couldn't find at any main retailer (Walmart, Home Depot, all the watch repair shops were closed at this point). I'm not giving 5 stars purely because I haven't experienced/tried any other main features of the store and I don't want to speak outside of my means, haha.
