“Saturday morning of Memorial weekend it was difficult to find a place open in Lincoln to fix a pickup tire, or a place that wasn't already fully booked on scheduling. Anderson Quick Lane Tire & Auto Center was open and took walk ins. I was greeted by friendly and kind staff the moment I opened the door. I explained my tire problem and that I was 300 miles from my home and needed to return home the next day, which was Sunday of Memorial weekend. They quickly got my pickup in and accessed the situation. They provide a nice customer waiting area. The service manager showed me my options and I asked him what he would do if he were me, as one of the options was to wait until Tuesday after Memorial Day to get the exact tire I needed. I went with his advice and they had me on my way within an hour. I highly recommend their services. Nancy”

I called atleast 10 other shops that could not help me for one reason or another. Called these guys and they had me in and out within 90 minutes. Had the part there already when arrived. And they had the Best price quoted. Nate, Cheyenne and The Manager (Sorry I forgot his name) and the Enitre Team at Grey provides Top Notch Service. Took a bad day and made it minor inconvenience. “Great service, great craftsmanship, and reasonably priced. I didn't think a place like this still existed. If you need your car or truck repaired, you'd be foolish to not take it here, but expect you'll get scheduled about a week later, give or take a few days depending on the time of year and what's is needing to be fixed. A rare find! A great automotive shop that's run and owned by a truly wonderful couple. An honest mechanic and his super nice wife who runs the office and keeps things running smoothly and on-time. I had no ride back when I dropped off the car today and she was so nice she offered me a ride back while my car was being worked on. Bill is extremely knowledgeable, capable and competent as you would expect from a seasoned mechanic and actually does what's in the best interest of the customer and their car and he doesn't try to up-sell services at all! Lisa, who runs the office, communicates very clearly and let's you know that they will 1st diagnose your cars issue(s) and then call you for specific "permission to proceed" with whatever repairs are needed. AND... she says, "we will not begin any repairs without your say so... so make sure you answer your phone or your car will just sit there without any work done to it". If you know you need repairs done, best to call and get scheduled ASAP! Because they're often booked up for a week or more!”

“These folks are doing their thing on eBay, and they are doing it right. I had a question about a particular part they had for sale, and they very promptly returned my message through eBay. My question was answered, Ashley was very transparent and not trying to be vague. After our communication, I purchased the item and was waiting to hear it had shipped through the communications of eBay. It was very apparent that Ashley read and understood my message the evening prior, where I was simply replacing this particular interior part for cosmetic reasons. Ashley and staff noticed the part I had purchased through auction actually had a crack. She did confirm it did not effect operation, and the crack would be hidden when installed, but gave me the option to cancel or keep the item. Not only has eBay been missing sellers like this for years and years, its hard enough to find someone face to face to treat customers like this (instead of pressuring you to buy something). That goes for small or large parts, and this one being relatively small. Bottom line, literally, this business is doing it right. Any other opportunity to find a part through eBay, you can bet I'll check Olmsted's listings. I will also confidently recommend them to personal friends and beyond as well.”
