“First off, I want to say that European Motors was one of the best experiences I’ve had in Omaha in any industry. It’s exceedingly rare to find someone like Chris today. He’s honest, knowledgeable, and frankly went out of his way to help me. I had an oil leak in my Audi A4, and Chris explained that he first wanted to clean everything very well in order to be sure of where the leak was coming from before replacing any parts. I had already taken my car to be looked at by a couple of other shops, who both recommended expensive repairs without even being sure of what was leaking. Chris could’ve done the same and charged me for multiple repairs, but he spent the extra time to make a precise diagnosis. He then called me with the information, and a gave an up front price that was very reasonable. I asked for a couple of extra items that Chris kindly accommodated. He also went above and beyond. When I first came to pick up my car he explained that he wasn’t quite finished, and offered me a ride home. He then came back to the shop after hours so that I could pick up my car. He definitely didn’t need to do either of those things for me, and most people wouldn’t. I felt like he really cared about me and my car. I will definitely go back to Chris with any problems I have in the future!”
