(August 5, 2021, 10:17 pm)The world needs more people like Roxanne! I needed to get my passport very fast, since I have to fly abroad soon. I could not get an appointment anywhere, so decided to try my luck and just walk in and ask for help. I was turned down at a few locations (even though there was no line there) until I came to Black Diamond and explained my situation to Roxanne. She agreed to help and I couldn’t be more grateful! She was so amazing and kind! Thank you, Roxanne, a million times! USPS, hold on to her, don’t ever let her leave :)
