Jeff (the owner) did a great job getting my 24 year old Majestic fireplace working. He is very knowledgeable, personable, and reasonably priced. Winter time is his busy season, but he's worth waiting for!

We were so pleased with Jeff and the service he provided! The reason we chose his company is for the 5 star reviews. He did not disappoint us! When he got our message, he called within a day or two, then he talked to us about what was going on with our fireplace. Even though we did not know the exact problem, we described to him all of the issues. He was so courteous and professional and I could tell he was going to try his hardest to fix whatever the problem was. On the day of our appointment, he thoroughly inspected our fire place by taking it apart. He cleaned it and replaced bad parts. He stayed in contact with my husband on the phone to give him updates AND he charged a very decent fee for his two hours of work! We are so impressed and so happy that we have a working fireplace for the upcoming Winter. Thanks so much, Jeff! We will call you again for sure!
