(September 27, 2017, 2:57 pm)This was a fun workout, but I'd say this place is most appropriate for people who want to be social while getting their workout in. It's not a tough workout, but it's good for people who want to get their cardio in. The configuration of the room's a little odd, with the instructor up on a stage in the corner, forcing participants to hold their necks in an up-and-to-the-left position throughout the workout. This might be a Jazzercise thing - I'm not sure, because this was my first experience with it.
(April 25, 2017, 1:48 pm)The workout is great, the instructors are great, the facility is always clean and organized. There are options for high impact, and low impact so everyone feels welcome. This is a judgement free zone, where you can go have fun working out. As a HUGE added bonus, I lost 40 pounds working out here, and I've been able to keep it off! 100% would recommend for anyone!
