“Excellent experience. Jordan was very helpful as this was my first visit to Midwest Dermatology. I was able to complete the paperwork prior to visit which allowed me to answer medical questions in advance. Dr. Madsen came in, answered my questions/concerns. The nurse that attended to me was very pleasant, explained everything prior to and after the procedure. Very professional and friendly atmosphere. Five-stars in my opinion.”

“Kelly is easy to talk to and runs a clean and comfortable office. She allows me to schedule appointments online, receive notifications online, and generally has good staff. My only negative experience was when Kelly was on vacation. I went in to receive the second part of the HPV vaccine but for some reason the nurse called in a prescription for Valtrex! The nurse wouldn't tell me what it was either. I didn't find out what it was until the pharmacy person handed it to me. That's when I also learned my pharmacy doesn't take back medication. I legitimately think that nurse doesn't know what HPV is. Luckily, I haven't seen her there since.”

“I've been a member at this gym for multiple years and have always appreciated it. The staff are attentive and friendly and ready to help out or answer questions when needed. Facility has always been clean as well. Switching locations only due to a job change and the manager I spoke with was very nice and explained how I can easily move my membership to another location vs having to cancel and re-enroll elsewhere. Another employee did previously tell me I'd have to come in, cancel, and enroll elsewhere, but the manager corrected this information and apologized. Sad to be leaving and hope the other location is just as wonderful!”
