He helped me gauge rental pricing and is very knowledgeable about the Omaha area. He has a good handle on what the rental market looks like, as well as the housing market in general. Justin is also a very genuine guy who leads with transparency and your best interest in mind. He is not one of those realtors who wants to make a quick buck and get out. He seems to genuinely care about the outcomes for his clients and how he impacts their lives. 10/10 experience!

He helped eliminate much of the stress that comes with preparing to put a house on the market, all the way through the selling and moving aspect. Justin is very knowledgeable, responsive and professional. My husband and I would recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell in the area!

He knows the area well and is willing to scope out what you're looking for if you're buying remotely. He has a great network of connections that helped us with getting the right home for our family. Justin helped line up everything we needed so that our purchase was seamless even though we were 1k miles away during most of the process. He has been willing to go the extra mile at each step of the way for us (answering late night emails, attending inspections and video calling us to show us the house/results, the champion program, getting extras included in the build, etc.) and I'm sure he'll do the same for you too!
