He was helpful in getting all of the services set up and followed up to insure contact was made. Great guy and Roto is lucky to have him! The Water clean up and restore team were awesome! Chris, Dan, Roger and Trey were also very professional! They were respectful of our home and the items. They gave us a detailed account of what they were going to do, how long it would take and also had excellent work ethic and follow through . We can’t thank them all enough for helping rectify the sewer backup damage and all of the support they gave us during the process! Great job and great people!
(October 13, 2021, 11:33 am)Our house had severe water damage in several areas due to a shower wall and drain leak. Roto rooter promptly assisted in alleviating the water damage in an efficient manner. Carl, Leon and Daniel all were absolutely helpful and knowledgeable with every step of the process. I would highly recommend their services if you need help with water damage mitigation.
(September 6, 2021, 12:10 pm)The guys that came were very quick with getting things done and getting my basement dried quickly. Very pleasant and informative gentlemen. Hopefully I never have to use them again for my flooded basement. Would highly recommend using them.
(March 12, 2020, 6:01 pm)I loved living here, the apartments are super nice. Maintenance and management were always on top of everything. The pool is beautiful, easy system
to pick up packages outside of office hours, 24 hour gym. The hard wood floors are so pretty! Washer and dryer in unit. HUGE bathroom and walk in closets. Windows are big and let’s do much natural lighting in here. The dog park is super convenient too. The only thing is that if you’re a smoker, you can’t smoke on your balcony. Other than that, awesome place to live. I’ve had no issues.
(January 18, 2020, 3:18 pm)I lived here for 8 months. It was probably the best place I've lived as far as apartments go. Nice, safe location and it has a small dog park which is nice if you have a dog, especially in winter. We only ever had one maintenance issue with the shower and it was fixed promptly. They gave us access to another vacant unit for shower in the meantime. Be aware that they will overcharge you for carpet cleaning when you move out but you'll find that with any apartment.
