  I’ll be completely honest I was skeptical, I grew up in a catholic family. I was barbarized at 4 due to an emergency as catholic, graduated from a catholic high school and then had a tragedy hit me one after another and gave up on my beliefs. I can quote scripture, I can explain the Bible to someone in an easy way so anyone can enjoy. But what I couldn’t do was find my own path back, I needed a guide to help me so to speak. It’s funny my family and I started coming to Journey just recently because of the family of the young man my daughter was dating. It was kind of like God put them in our life for my benefit. They recently moved here because of family, but they are from my home state of California and not just my home state. They actually lived within walking distance of the hospital I was born in. We connected instantly they knew of the school I went to places I lived growing up in fact at one time Gabe and I could have been neighbors, lol. So how I look at this journey I thank God for sending angels into my life in human form, thank you to Gabe and Ann Marie Walters for accepting myself with all my faults and my amazing family giving us an opportunity to share a bond and friendship with an amazing family and taking us on an experience that has become our home at Journey Church. As for Journey Church and Pastor Human thank you for giving us the benefit of doubt and giving us an opportunity to grow into the family you are building inside of this beautiful and loving church. I look forward to each and every Sunday now. May God Bless you all!

  Journey Church is a church for everyone. Whether you are skeptical, first starting out, or years into your Christian journey, you are welcome. Have Sunday children's programs. Our boys love going! No dress code required... Come to learn about God and worship with others. Great Pastors who are very realistic and teach in a manner you can understand and relate to. Sing contemporary songs with a worship band.

  We started coming to Journey about 7 years ago and instantly loved it here. We had just moved to Nebraska and had been part of a mega-church for several years. We really wanted to find a church where we could plug in, get to know people, become part of a community, and also be challenged in our faith. We found all of those things right away at Journey, and we have called this our church home ever since. What we have appreciated the most about Journey is that everyone is welcome regardless of where they are on their spiritual journey, which has made it an awesome, kind and welcoming community to be a part of.
