“I've used Finished Edge's services twice now. The first time someone had backed into my parked car from a driveway and put a small dent in the driver's side door. Finished Edge paint matched it and touched up the door to the point that it's not noticeable. The second time I was driving when someone backed out of their driveway into me. Because I was in motion, the back bumper of the other car scraped up the entire passenger side of my vehicle, hitting every panel. My door was also dented in enough that it wouldn't open properly and the seal was broken and allowing air and rain inside. Finished Edge was able to fix and replace everything so that it's no longer apparent that the car has been in an accident. I love Finished Edge for multiple reasons. They're honest and fair in their assessments, reasonably priced, and really put a lot of care into the vehicles they repair. Their staff is friendly and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the customer is satisfied. They even cleaned the inside of my car! It's the little things that make Finished Edge worthwhile. From the small things, like a touchup paint job, to the big things, like repairing a heavily damaged vehicle, Finished Edge gives the utmost care and precision.”

“Our family frequently travels to this location for lunch/dinner on a monthly basis. The restaurant is generally kept very clean, staff is friendly, service is fairly quick, and food is up to quality standards. We have had a few minor issues with food made incorrectly in the past. However, the issues are taken care of in a timely manner. Another plus for this restaurant is they often have food/drink specials for a good price!”

“I ordered my wedding ring through them and it turned out amazing, exactly the way I wanted it. I have put on some weight and my ring was no longer fitting me so I went to have it resized. It seemed great at first, I was told it would be done in about a week and they would give me a call back to come pick it up. I waited a week and 2 days before trying to call them but no one answered. I tried to go to the store that I dropped the ring off at and they had changed their hours but it wasn’t posted on the store. I went online a found they had posted there that their store hours changed dramatically. I filled out the online contact form and waited for a reply. I was told they hadn’t even gotten to it yet but it would be done the following week on Wednesday and I would get a call. I waited until Friday the following week and called them to find out what’s going on since I still hadn’t been contacted about the ring being done. I was told it had gotten done and I could pick it up the following week. This is also when I was informed that the resizing was going to cost $60. This is 3 weeks after I originally took the ring in and told a week. I had to initiate every contact when they told me they would let me know. They made a wonderful ring that I am very happy with, but their customer service leaves much to be desired. Update: I talked to the owner and he saw that the communication had broken down. He promises to take steps to improve and I feel he was genuine. He made it better and they did a great job resizing the ring. I’m happy with the ring, and I believe the apology about the communication. I would definitely bring my business back. I respect when someone has the character to admit they messed up and would fix it to make it better.”

“Phenomenal service and great rooms. We stayed here for 10 days while waiting on our home to close and from the moment we called the make a reservation, we were impressed with the customer service. Shelby was so kind in assisting us in the reservation for our family (2 adults, a toddler who needed a crib, a dog and a cat!). From here, Miranda checked us in and we saw her frequently on the night shift. She was always extremely friendly, informative, and helpful! These ladies deserve a medal for outstanding service! And lastly, Thomas! He was so helpful in pushing our reservation for us a couple nights when we got delayed in leaving our original destination. We saw him each morning and he was always just so friendly and keeping busy with stocking, cleaning, etc... but still took a moment to wish you a good day with a great big smile! This was THE best hotel stay I’ve ever experienced (and I’ve had a lot traveling every 2 weeks for work for well over a year)! I would recommend this hotel and this staff to anyone looking in the area (my mother is coming to Bellevue for a short work contract and already reserved a room here too!). Thank you to the staff here! I didn’t catch the names of some of housekeeping but those ladies were also just as kind and attentive to requests or needs. All around, this is a wonderfully great hotel stay and experience!”

“I stumbled upon two juvenile raccoons in a dumpster for my community. The dumpster was empty so I determined they were not going to get out on their own and needed to be professionally removed. I called Wildlife Solutions and within an hour they were at my home, carefully removing the raccoons from the dumpster to relocate them to a space better suited for them. I was very pleased with the timing and efficiency of the removal. I will definitely be using Terrence (owner) and the services of Wildlife Solutions should I have any critters in the future.”

“About to check out in a few hours. Spent the weekend here due to weather. A tad pricey ($124 a night with taxes and fees) but it was the weekend so no big deal. No problems at all would stay here again. Can't beat the breakfast as far as hotels go. If anything seating is limited. This is the 3rd Holiday Inn Express for me this year. So far not a bad one in the bunch. One in st Louis by airport was a little better. This one better breakfast. I will say the 1 star reviews sounds like sour grapes. Encountered none of the problems they claim.......this is a two year update. Still a good hotel, the pandemic has caused some unpleasant changes. No breakfast and house keeping is no as it was. And someone built an apartment complex right in front of it. But still a good place to stay. Sure it will be back up to snuff after things settle”
