From start to finish, the process was smooth and every plumber I interacted with was professional, friendly, and patient. When we bought our house, we knew it needed a new sewer line. After getting a sewer scope during the inspection, we discovered the old clay pipes were original and definitely needed to be replaced. I reached out to several plumbing companies to get estimates, but none would even review the video from our inspection since we hadn’t officially closed on the house yet. When I contacted Gordon Brothers Plumbing, Raymond took the time to watch the video, clearly explained that a new sewer line was needed, and provided a fair estimate quickly, which helped us plan and budget for the repair. The team scheduled the job just days after we closed. They arrived right on time, worked efficiently, and finished installing the new CIPP sewer line in only six hours, so we were able to use our plumbing the very same day. They coordinated with the city for inspection, removed the old concrete clean out, and installed a new PVC clean out with a secure cap. The worksite was left spotless, and even the brickwork was put back neatly. Everyone I spoke with was kind and helpful, making the whole experience stress-free. “I just moved here from California in January and the apartments and staff are wonderful. Ari the leasing agent is very nice and helpful. Brooklyn, the manager is truly amazing. Her follow through is great. You don't have to tell her something twice. Her customer service skills are amazing as well. I have a property management background, so I know what makes a great staff. The maintenance staff: Steve and Jose are very knowledgeable and fix things that same day or the next day. Now, to the apartments themselves. They are very spacious and come with ginormous patios/balconies. I have never seen balconies this large in California. Overall, very pleased with everything.”
