(September 13, 2017, 7:52 pm)We rented a cello for my daughter from Anne's music world, after a while her bow broke, I called the store and the next day Ken ( I hope, I remember the name correct) came to school and fixed it at no charge! My daughter said he even came to her class and helped the orchestra teacher with tuning instruments for other students!
