“We recently purchased a home that A&A Roofing & Exteriors had replaced shingles, gutters, drain spouts, etc. for the previous owner within a month of our closing. There were a couple items of concern that I requested a representative to come out and inspect shortly after we moved in. Over the phone, I was told that the warranty transferred to us and they would provide documentation for us when they came out. First of all, I was impressed that someone actually followed through on the appointment since the work had been performed and they'd already been paid! Eric personally attended our initial meeting, as well as taking care of the subsequent items of concern; insuring it was completed to our satisfaction. While at the house, a couple things I really appreciated were that he took the time to educate me on some of the details of our particular roof materials and roofing in general. He was also thoughtful enough to use ladder pads, ensuring no damage or scratches when leaning it against the new gutters... something another contractor didn't bother to do when getting on our roof, resulting in scratched paint on the gutter. Not a big deal, but I mention because Eric is a detail guy and cares enough to make that extra effort. I don't write many reviews, but requested to do so after experiencing their level of service and expertise. I highly recommend these guys!”

“Seth is a great person to do business with. He was super friendly and helpful over the phone, and him and his crew did a great job cleaning and repairing my gutters. He was upfront and honest about his quote. We opted to just clean and repair my existing gutters for now, but he gave a very reasonable quote to replace my aging gutters when we're ready. I will definitely be working with him again in the future to do the necessary work. *EDIT* Because of the great experience we had with Seth, we decided to replace all of our gutters with Coates. He and his crew again did a great job, and even customized some water diversion plates to keep water away from some wood on our house that was starting to rot because of water running along it. The gutters and downspouts are much sturdier than what we had before, and the gutter guards that he installed to keep leaves out have worked flawlessly. Couldn't recommend Coates Gutters enough.”
