“I can’t express my gratitude to the staff at the animal hospital enough. Today was a scary day that resulted in our Shepard needing surgery quickly. The women in front were quick compassionate and efficient (and didn’t judge when I broke down in tears in the lobby). I was able to pick him up today after a lot of stitches to repair the damage and was fully expecting to pay 3x the total for the great work the vet did patching our pup up. A huge thank you to everyone who worked with Jake today and to Sophia(?) for being so patient with me when I called for an update and answered all of my questions. You all are amazing. THANK YOU!”
