“Updated: I’m going on 2 years living in the Northview Apartments. I still love living in these apartments. For me, it’s just a comfortable place to live. I really like my apartment. I moved in September 2019. I have plenty of storage, the washer/dryer are in a convenient location. I've had a couple maintenance issues, each time, the maintenance staff completed the job in a timely manner. So far my Northview experience has been positive.”

“This was the first time I've ever purchased a vehicle without touching it and believe me it was not easy to convince myself it was the right thing to do. I've always heard about the honesty and integrity of Woodhouse so I convinced myself to try it just this one time because they presented me a fantastic deal on a used vehicle with features I insisted I had to have. I made multiple calls to the salesman with questions and needs for reassurance and finally a deal was completed. I also received a financing package that fit the budget with a much better financing rate than my local bank. The only reason I'm giving 4 out of 5 stars is one small detail about a feature that didn't function, however, I was told "everything" worked on the vehicle by the salesman. I was also sold a Ford extended service plan that I was told "covered everything" by this salesman then come to find out it does not cover the feature that is not working so that upset me a bit. A couple communication attempts via text and email to resolve went unanswered as well. I have since made contact with a member of upper management and regarding my dissatisfaction with the lack of communication after the sale and the integrity of this particular salesman's word to which I was assured it would be addressed. I'm also in the process of getting the feature repaired with an offer of cost share by Woodhouse. For the first time online purchase of a vehicle it really was not that bad, will I do it again? Perhaps, all of the issues encountered to create a 4/5 star rating could also have happened with an in person deal as well so,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,yea,,,,,,,,,,,I'll give it another try when I'm ready. It really was a good buy, great financing and I love the vehicle!!!”

I only make the suggestion below not to criticize Cynthia; but so Verizon will improve their policies, protection and equipment for the benefit of their employees and customers! (I would like to see improvement regarding masks. Her mask did not adequately cover her nose, it kept slipping down and she had to repeatedly pull it back up. Her mask also looked old and worn out.)”

“There are two Casey's in Blair, and this is the newer of the two, the largest, and with the best selection. That said, the other Casey's has friendlier, more capable employees. So it's sort of a toss up as to which one to go to. But if you want tasty, reasonably priced, gluten-free pizza, Casey's is always a good choice no matter where you are.”
