While the gym it self may not be as pretty as other gyms or air-conditioned cahoy's is family owned and operated since the beginning and still owned by the original Cahoy's. The recreational classes are taught by girls and boys who are part of the cahoy's family one way or another rather they where a gymnast at cahoy's and retired or are still a gymnast at cahoy's the coaches for rec truly love gymnastics and love educating and teaching kids about the sport they love. The competitive boys team is coached by a retired cahoy's gymnast and the girls team and Xcel team are coached by a range of coaches from retired Gymnasts to the daughter of the owner her son and his wife. When you join cahoy's you join a family who values safety and respect of you your child and your family as well as the sport of gymnastics it self. Cahoy's Provides a safe learning environment for kids if all ages. Cahoy's gymnastics is truly the best gym I've have ever been to and the coaches are like my second parents. I can confidently say cahoy's is my second home and an amazing Gym family.”
