“I don’t know how I was unaware of this very nice local gym for so long, My coworker showed me the gym here and I visited for the first time today. The lady at the counter gave me the day pass for free and 2 extras and that was a great way to make money because the kindness and basically free trial is what made me decide to commit to a membership. While the gym it self may not be as pretty as other gyms or air-conditioned cahoy's is family owned and operated since the beginning and still owned by the original Cahoy's. The recreational classes are taught by girls and boys who are part of the cahoy's family one way or another rather they where a gymnast at cahoy's and retired or are still a gymnast at cahoy's the coaches for rec truly love gymnastics and love educating and teaching kids about the sport they love. The competitive boys team is coached by a retired cahoy's gymnast and the girls team and Xcel team are coached by a range of coaches from retired Gymnasts to the daughter of the owner her son and his wife. When you join cahoy's you join a family who values safety and respect of you your child and your family as well as the sport of gymnastics it self. Cahoy's Provides a safe learning environment for kids if all ages. Cahoy's gymnastics is truly the best gym I've have ever been to and the coaches are like my second parents. I can confidently say cahoy's is my second home and an amazing Gym family.”

“Oh my goodness, so beautiful. even before going, the scheduling was fast and easy. I have pretty bad anxiety, and the lovely lady at the front took her time explaining everything and was patient with my questions. everything here is thought out and feels so welcoming. they even leave you a brush and comb for after, Vaseline for cuts, they have so many good records you can sit for as long as you’d like to listen to, a lot of beautiful artwork, just an overall peaceful place that’s unlike anywhere I’ve seen here. Even the water spray bottle in the float room has me impressed, I actually brought my own just in case! it was nice, quiet and truly felt like I was disconnected from the world, almost gives you a giddy feeling and I personally felt so safe and comfortable.💜 I have only tried the float so far, it's left me feeling refreshingly calm and almost sore/heavy, in a post massage kind of way! I’m excited and optimistic about the other services already :) if you want to give yourself and your body a treat I’d def recommend, I came in feeling tight and not the greatest but couldnt stop smiling like a fool before I left 😁”

From the second you start, every coach knows your name and instantly makes you feel welcome. You will be pushed by not only the coaches, but the members as well. Equipment is new and well taken care of, the coaches are knowledgable, the classes are well organized and end on time. “This place is a great place to work out at. The gym is located in an old World War II hangar, so they have a lot of space to put in every possible thing that you could ever want to work out with. This monstrous gym has a indoor running/walking track, four racquetball/squash courts, two basketball courts, one volleyball court, one indoor futbol/field hockey court, a batting cage, a lap swim swimming pool, a CrossFit- esque/martial art area, two big studio fitness rooms for yoga/ cycling/ aerobics, a parent/child workout area, a rock climbing wall, and men/women locker rooms. This place has multiple strength and cardio (step, ellipticals, rowers, bikes) machines, benches, squat racks, free weights, and a small snack bar. The gym doesn't have a juice bar or any of that kind of thing unfortunately. It looks like there was a juice bar here at one time but it is long gone. There are no personal trainers but the gym is hiring certified personal trainers and group class instructors. Most of the little water station filters located around the gym are red and the filters need to be changed. The downstairs men's locker rooms need to be attended more regularly by the staff. Use the upstairs men's locker room, it is a lot cleaner. They have great incentive programs to take part in. Keep you motivated to do the best that you can. The gym has various classes ranging from jiu jitsu to yoga for a fee. The fitness director and previous fitness directors really used every space of this hangar to give you a quality workout. If you are ever at Offutt AFB, or have base access and you need a good workout, the field house is the way to go.”

What keeps us coming back is the staff and instructors. Mr and Mrs Baluch are so welcoming to all. Every instructor that we have interacted with has been so attentive and steady. Each student is held to the same standards of the Academy, which brings its challenges with the younger ones. It is evident that the instructors recognize the uniqueness of each child. This is a place where my daughter feels safe and welcome. We have seen a shift in her confidence around others. We anticipate that our daughter will participate in this important program for years to come.”
