MC and Anne worked so hard to create a vibrant community that supports one another. Sculpt and Pilates are my fave classes to go to and provide great cardio for someone who can't run!

(October 5, 2021, 12:44 am)Don't second guess the decision to try this place out. I was so nervous to try the hot sculpt but WOW! It isn't just physical but it is mental. That is what I love about yoga. Lotus is such a warm, welcoming place with the best instructors and a beautiful interior.

(September 28, 2021, 2:10 pm)THE COMMUNITY THOUGH. Lotus truly has their own style and you must try a class to understand. I love their hot flow, signature flow, hot sculpt classes… all of their instructors are high vibrational leaders and so fun to be around. I gain so much from each class! It’s rejuvenating, relaxing and energized at the same time.
