This is one of my favorite yoga studios in Omaha. The studio has two rooms. They offer a variety of hot, restorative, flow, and other great offerings. They frequently have wonderful workshops led by passionate by teachers. The studio itself is very clean and has showers available. You cannot go wrong by trying out Lighthouse Yoga.
This is my favorite studio. It is small, intimate, super clean and the teachers are great! They have an express Bikram class that is super detoxifying and I love it.

Lighthouse is great! So welcoming and fun. Both Bridget and Allison were great... I did the Hot 26 and there was great instruction. Definitely coming back and highly recommend to others :)
