During Covid I appreciated the outside pick up but it did take some time so I don’t use it anymore. My only complaint is the hometown pharmacy is still more convenient as it is in and out with no temptation to buy several items while waiting in line. I use both which works well for me.”

From the second you start, every coach knows your name and instantly makes you feel welcome. You will be pushed by not only the coaches, but the members as well. Everyone is so encouraging, and it's like one big family/team. Workouts are definitely challenging, but you will surprise yourself by what you're able to accomplish. Can't say enough good about this gym. Highly recommend!”
