“Limited overnight parking. Half of 10th street is NO TRUCK route. Use 13th street south to access south side of 10th street limited to DOLLAR GENERAL truck entrance only. Security was very nice. There is a super clean restroom just behind the security office. Even security guards can advise you for it. I was given dock close to my appointment time and was out within 50 mins. The process took me 1.5 hours only which is pretty fast as compared to other locations. Will definitely return for another delivery at this location.”

“Nice delivery. Easy to get to and not too far from the US route and big road. Appointment was 9:30am, arrived at 9:15am. Dock workers were on break when I arrived but went to work as soon as they were done. Shipping/receiving is from 7am to 3pm Monday through Friday. Not sure about weekends. Small entry/exit-way. Depending on where you’re coming from you may have to swing wide to get in. Pretty small place so long nose drivers may have a bit of a challenge maneuvering here but it can be done. Once you enter, swing around and back into a parking spot. Check in at the office with the shipping/receiving sign on the door. Go in and hang a right. They will tell you what to do from there. A guy came out to verify seal, broke it and told me what door to back into. Started unloading right away. Spent around 45 minutes to an hour and a half here. No public bathrooms may have to ask to use theirs. No lounge.”

“This is a wonderful storage facility. The location is so convenient being right off the I-80 exit 388. You can have access 24-7 to your stall. It's a smaller facility and has outdoor space too. They get to know you so they can better protect your property from people who don't belong there. Down to earth friendly folk. I'd recommend this place to anyone.”

She actually lives in another town, but with all the flooding storage was hard to find closer to where she lives. This is about 30 minutes away. The wonderful woman (whose name I forgot, I am so sorry), knew I was stress out from the moving and things associated with it and said she had a unit. She was so friendly and helpful. She even led us to the unit. She made the last bit of the move for my mom much more tolerable. We were even able to turn in the U-Haul when we got done. She took care of changing the drop off location for us so we could drop it off there. I highly recommend.”
