Roger's Carpet One Floor & Home

Really great experience start to finish with their Team. Wide selection of carpet and pads to fit all budgets and needs. We selected a small patterned carpet for our stairs/landing and our installer Ed took the time to not only run through install options (and assisting with his recommendation for longevity being our main entrance), but also to make sure each step's pattern lined up perfectly, including where the stairs met the landing. Everyone one we interacted with during initial consult/measurement, carpet selection, scheduling, installation, and billing were welcoming and personable. We would absolutely do business here again and highly recommend their Team for your flooring needs.

Rogers carpet installed carpet in our condo in South Lake Tahoe, up by the Stagecoach Lodge. They did a great job and were very reliable. Working with Patrick, Rachel, and Maureen was both pleasant and friendly. I've had issues with multiple vendors in the Tahoe radius and therefore it was a breath of fresh air to find a company such as Rogers, that was very easy to work with. I appreciated the fact that the total cost of the carpet was broken up between materials and installation. This allowed for me to pay the final balance only after the install had been done and everything was signed off on, to my satisfaction. I also appreciate the fact that if I have any issues in the future, there is a lifetime warranty. Having all aspects of the flooring process at one local company was such a relief and is the one way to go, versus what little I had experienced at Home Depot prior. I highly recommend using Rogers carpet for your flooring needs!

I can not speak highly enough of this whole team. After shopping around we chose Roger's Carpet one to install our new wood floors and carpet in our home. We had an issue with the first delivery and the owner Patrick personally came out to our home and met with us.

Once we recieved our new hardwood floors in we got to spend the next 9 days watching Arturo and Tony install our floors. These two guys were wonderful to be around and by the end felt like we had friends working on our floors. You could tell these two took a lot of pride in their work. Arturo especially in the way he paid attention to detail from having to relevel parts of our concrete slab floor to taking the time to ensure that it was put in correctly. It became fun just seeing how Arturo and Tony interacted with each other throughout the day while making our home look awesome. We just recently had our interior of our home painted and seeing the difference between the pride that Arturo and Tony took in their work compared to the painters was night and day. Arturo and Tony completed the job while I was out and before I ever got a chance to thank them and let them know that I was truly impressed with their attitude, professionalism and work ethics.

I think I was becoming a thorn in Rachael's side because I called the store so much, but she was there answering every question that I had even when I was frustrated at times because of the remodel. She was there helping my wife and I throughout the entire process from ordering of the wood and carpet to the installation. Maureen kept us updated on the delivery of our products and called to ensure that things were going well. I was busy at my computer on the first delivery and I didn't realize until after she was done, but Maureen carried in 36 boxes of the hardwood flooring by herself. If you see this I really feel bad and apologize for not helping Maureen.

Again my wife and I were very impressed with Patrick's whole team. They made our home remodel a little less stressful and in the end we had beautiful brand new hardwood floors in our living room, kitchen, dining room and hallways and new carpet in all of our bedrooms. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for new flooring in their homes.

Rachel in the showroom was very knowledgeable about the vinyl flooring and carpeting available for my specific needs. The installation crew (Arturo, Tony, and Anthony) was excellent. After pulling up the 30 year old carpeting, they proceeded to level the floor and make necessary repairs to existing damage. They worked together well, were very polite, and were very focused on doing a very professional job. I highly recommend Roger's Carpet One and their wonderful staff.
