“I can not speak highly enough of this whole team. After shopping around we chose Roger's Carpet one to install our new wood floors and carpet in our home. We had an issue with the first delivery and the owner Patrick personally came out to our home and met with us. Once we recieved our new hardwood floors in we got to spend the next 9 days watching Arturo and Tony install our floors. These two guys were wonderful to be around and by the end felt like we had friends working on our floors. You could tell these two took a lot of pride in their work. Arturo especially in the way he paid attention to detail from having to relevel parts of our concrete slab floor to taking the time to ensure that it was put in correctly. It became fun just seeing how Arturo and Tony interacted with each other throughout the day while making our home look awesome. We just recently had our interior of our home painted and seeing the difference between the pride that Arturo and Tony took in their work compared to the painters was night and day. Arturo and Tony completed the job while I was out and before I ever got a chance to thank them and let them know that I was truly impressed with their attitude, professionalism and work ethics. I think I was becoming a thorn in Rachael's side because I called the store so much, but she was there answering every question that I had even when I was frustrated at times because of the remodel. She was there helping my wife and I throughout the entire process from ordering of the wood and carpet to the installation. Maureen kept us updated on the delivery of our products and called to ensure that things were going well. I was busy at my computer on the first delivery and I didn't realize until after she was done, but Maureen carried in 36 boxes of the hardwood flooring by herself. If you see this I really feel bad and apologize for not helping Maureen. Again my wife and I were very impressed with Patrick's whole team. They made our home remodel a little less stressful and in the end we had beautiful brand new hardwood floors in our living room, kitchen, dining room and hallways and new carpet in all of our bedrooms. “Pretty good store, I was looking for men's shirts and vests. Decent prices, however the inventory was lacking. They were out of a lot of the vests in my size (M). So, I went on the website and found what I was looking for. I am going to try to have my purchase set to my local store, Carson city, and I will update the review when I pick up the order. On a side note, the store has a friendly staff and they were very helpful. They also sell guns in many different calibers and bullets as well.”

“Heard the JM Furniture ads on the T.v, instead of driving to Reno on a Saturday morning to RC Willey Furniture store,we have always driven by JM Furniture Store on HWY 395 North, not today! Mother and Daughter outing for End Tables and Art ( paintings). My First impression was how Welcoming the Sales Person was Tami K. Immediately we (both) had a friendly Connection. Our walk through the Store was full of Furniture with design and Desire. It's a fairly large store, but a impeccable team of people that engaged with the public.
