“I used the self service wash station. Absolutely loved it. It was well worth $18 for my big german shepherd. The employees were all so great and helpful. They provide shampoo, conditioner, and a little scrub brush. They even guided and walked me through how to use the blow dryer and wash wand. They talked to my nervous horse of a dog and checked on us frequently to make sure we were doing alright.It saved me so much back pain. We will definitely be back!”

“I had a issue and I spoke to the person there... they were understanding patient and listened to every word I said. They fixed it and made sure it was 100% satisfactory. Please understand as I myself am guilty of this to know that they too are trying to make it through the hard times. We are so used to before covid we forget they are sometimes short staffed or can't get items. Remember to respect workers as they struggle to make sure their customers are 100% happy. He also had tips on how to run in a hot tub and or chemicals to put in the hot tub. We really appreciated his easy-going demeanor. There was a large selection of hot tubs to purchase at their warehouse in Carson City. There was every kind of price point, from least expensive to high and hot tubs. The delivery of the hot tub went very good they were able to put the hot tub on my cement pad. their customer service this far has been very good. Aaron also came over the day of the electrical hook up and help me add chemicals to the spa and showed us what all the switches and the controls did. We really enjoyed doing business with him and the company. I would highly recommend to go and visit Aaron at the spa and hot tub company in Carson City. Scott Jackson”
