I received excellent service starting with Bob my sales representative to Anthony, Nick & Pedro the delivery men who brought my spa to my home. If you are in the market for a spa I highly recommend you visit their store.

What a great place to shop for a new hot tub. They had tons of choices. Bob Piper and staff were outstanding. Within 30 minutes with Bob's expertise, I made a selection. My luck they had one in stock in their warehouse. The delivery team did a great job removing my old tub and setting up my new one. Their customer service was amazing. Bob set me up with everything I needed; chemical maintenance kit and personal cell number. Thank you for your expertise and professionalism.

After making a lot of Phone calls and internet searching trying to get some real prices and some reliable information on saltwater spa's, I found "The Spa and Sauna Company" right here in Carson City. That's where my wife and I met Bob. Bob was by far the most knowledgeable person we had talked to, and he was he was able to explain all the differences in spa manufactures and teach us about saltwater spas VS regular spas. We worked with him to find the perfect spa for our needs, and he was able to get us a great price. The best part of this story is the amazing service Bob provided after the sale. He was there every step of the way from designing our spa to the delivery and then he was there for every call we made with questions about water hardness, initial fill up, how the salt system works, cleaning, maintenance etc... You name it, he was there to help. Now days it's hard to find friendly, knowledgeable and helpful people. We feel fortunate to have met Bob as well as the rest of the team at the Spa and Sauna company and I would highly recommend them if you are thinking about getting a spa.

Aaron at the spa and sauna company was very helpful. He is very knowledgeable about hot tubs and the type of electrical hook ups they need. He also had tips on how to run in a hot tub and or chemicals to put in the hot tub. We really appreciated his easy-going demeanor. There was a large selection of hot tubs to purchase at their warehouse in Carson City. There was every kind of price point, from least expensive to high and hot tubs. The delivery of the hot tub went very good they were able to put the hot tub on my cement pad. their customer service this far has been very good. Aaron also came over the day of the electrical hook up and help me add chemicals to the spa and showed us what all the switches and the controls did. We really enjoyed doing business with him and the company. I would highly recommend to go and visit Aaron at the spa and hot tub company in Carson City.

The Spa and Sauna Co. store in Carson City is great, what really stood out was our salesperson- Aaron. Simply put, Aaron is a Rockstar of a salesperson for customers. This was our first hot tub purchase and Aaron patiently took us through all the options and differences between manufacturers and the various price points in each series. After we decided on a model, Aaron followed up with us to make sure we had delivery scheduled and everything properly prepared for the delivery. Aaron was even kind enough to remove the service panel in the show room so that I could see the electrical entrance location. Aaron helped me sort out a minor wiring question and get the new hot tub up and running. Finally, during his lunch break (on Saturday) he stopped in to review the operations of our new hot tub, show us how to check the water and how to operate the salt system. If I could give 10 stars I would. You will not regret doing business with the Spa and Sauna Co of Carson City, ask for Aaron for the very best service and buying experience.
