The members are of all ages and abilities and are very supportive and encouraging! I love that we can utilize our beautiful weather by running outdoors. The facility is clean and the equipment in wonderful condition. The view out of the windows show the stunning mountains and there is a coffee bar 👍🏼 The owners host workshops and fun activities to encourage the members to mingle and thus become a better fitness family. Before joining CrossFit I was terrified of stepping foot anywhere near a CrossFit gym, it was intimidating and I just assumed I would never be capable of keeping up with other athletes and would end up feeling defeated. I’m now 2 years in- Coach Mike and Coach Heather are truly passionate about providing feedback and working with each athlete to perfect form and are very patient and encouraging.
