Ryan fixed two significant issues with my phone. I was unable to save photos from Facebook. I was unable to create email accounts.
In both incidents Ryan clearly explained the issue and demonstrated how he corrected
the problem.
He was courteous, respectful of my lack of skill, and very knowledgeable. An asset to your Company.

(January 8, 2019, 12:11 pm)Unfortunately I made the mistake of buying my phone online instead of just coming in which I had to do anyways. Desirae was outstanding, she helped me set up my new phone . I'll be coming back to get all my phones here not making the mistake of going online again.. I highly recommend this local store
