“Well maintained parking lot with easy access to the trail. It was a nice ride starting here to the Hoover Dam and back. Amazing views and a well kept path that is paved and unpaved (dirt/gravel).”

“My husband and son have electric skateboards and so they decided I needed an electric scooter to keep up with them on family trips. I went up to SeVuR and test rode several eScooters. Paul was great when explaining the features of each one. The first few were fine, but the last one I rode, I LOVED! I am excited to ride with my family now, not only on vacation, but everywhere. It folds up and will fit in my trunk and it is light enough that I can get it in and out no problem. I highly recommend SeVuR if you're considering an eScooter purchase. Being able to test drive the different models is key! Thanks SeVuR!”

“PLEASE NOTE THE TRAIL HEAD IS CLOSED MAY-SEPTEMBER. I didn’t know this and me and my friends tried to backpack there in May and we’re very disappointed. Other than that it is a great hike around 3 miles in and out. I would say it’s about a medium difficulty hike. It’s through a very beautiful slot canyon which is worth the hike even without the end goal of the hot springs. The hot springs are wonderful with many different pools with a variety of temperatures. It’s right by the Colorado river. It’s about a 1/4 mile hike to and from the Colorado and the hot springs so you can take a dip in the hot then go over to the Colorado and take a dip in the cold. Another side note- THERE ARE DANGEROUS AMEBAS IN THE HOT SPRINGS THAT IF YOU GET IN YOUR NOSE IT CAN MAKE YOU VERY SICK so just be aware of that. I would recommend this highly to beginning backpackers. It’s a very beautiful spot so I would recommend it to most anyone.”

“ But, what I always wanted to know, what is a SUN-dial doing sitting (situated) in the shade. You can surely tell the time from it, then, just as easily as you can in the middle of the NIGHT. No matter. It's still a great place and a great park, just as is all of Boulder City, Nevada. Imagine, they thought this place for housing the workers who built Hoover Dam / Boulder Dam would basically go away after it was built. ”

“This is a great park only problem I have is the fact that a lot of dog owners don't pick up their dog's poop but the places kept really nice it's in a great area to walk here walk around Old Town Boulder City lot of places to eat around here the decorated the tree at Christmas it looked really nice great place to find a stop and get your breath and just relax for a bit if you're in town”

“Really fun and easy hike, really more of a walk! This would be a great first hike for kids and dogs, very gradual ascent, beautiful views, and a million flowers! There were what felt like thousands of caterpillars all around. We also saw lots of bats at sunset. Heads up though because there is a closure at tunnel 3. Don't forget your water, there are no services on this trail. And if you are coming at sunset bring flashlights (ideally headlamps) because there is no lighting. Pack it in and pack it out :) Have fun!”

“Boulder Beach area has 4 main driveways to lake access. The main area is very busy, and doesn't allow pets. If you drive a bit a side road toward the marina there are two access areas that allow driving right up to the water with your vehicle and watercraft items like kayaks, canoes, seadoos, and large floaties. Pets are allowed here as well, and the area has a little sand. The last driveway is a small fishing pier which is great to take the kids to.”

“Spacious lots, pretty view from our spot (#119), and surprisingly quiet (at least while we were here). The bathrooms are okay, not the cleanest I've been in, but I was willing to use them during the day instead of the RV, so that says something! We also had a lot of green, but the Vegas area has had an unusual amount of rain this year! The lake is a farther walk away than it appears, but as my husband says, I'm a city girl, so maybe I'm spoiled! Definitely will come back (in spring months, no hookups at our spot)!”

“We stopped here to have a pic nik. It was very calm and peaceful. Google took us on some dirt road which we thought was weird. But we were able to get into the park for free. As we were leaving, we relived that if you take the proper road, that you are suppose to pay to get in. So thanks google. This place has a great view of Lake Mead.”

“A beautiful oasis in the desert. There are two ponds and large spreads of green. On the smaller pond we saw ring-necked ducks and two snow geese among the mallards in April. The playground was clean and shady even in the late afternoon when the temperature was pushing 90 degrees it was comfortably in the 80s. It was a late Monday afternoon so the water features at the playground were not available but it looked like a fun and refreshing waterpark when functioning.”
