I had plenty of questions for the front desk girls about my new insurance, and Jackie went above and beyond to help me, not only find out who my insurance was with, but what I may be responsible in paying for my future appointments. Everyone is super friendly and it is such a relaxed, family environment. You can tell their staff gets along well with each other which made my appointment go that much more smoothly. At the end of my appointment, I even found myself having a laugh with Chris, Dr. Hahns assistant. I also appreciate all the precautions they are taking with consideration of the coronavirus! Phone prescreening, temperature check and mouth rinsing were all completed before I was seated in my room!
