  This place is so amazing so luxury and I love taking my Mazda here for service I just got my brakes done yesterday plus Cabin filter and rear windshield wiper and jag is the best person to talk to as I pull up to service he’s right their to help he isn’t that type of person to write up your car get your keys and leave no he isn’t he talks to you makes some jokes. tells you how long how It will take and what their gonna do even shows your the the new parts and your old parts jag is the nicest person he even called me to tell me hey we found a nail in your tire and I told him I’m going to Cali he make sure the technician know that I was going far and he double checked the car and called me up to get my car even had a note saying safe trip now this is a Mazda dealer this if who you trust your car with it’s hard now and days to trust your car with some one but listen to me this place is the best Mazda dealer and luxury Mazda dealer I been to them all I been to the old Mazda like peoples Mazda and earnheart and cardinale way to me earnheart rather have you sell your car and buy a new one trying to make a quick buck cardinale is a good place but waiting to long I mean 4 hours for a oil change and yes I made a appointment but this place and jag I know my car is welcome her and is getting the best car and I don’t have to worry about me getting cheated if your vehicle needs service no matter how old the Mazda is take it here your gonna love the place your gonna laugh with jag and relax

  I've been in here a couple of times. First to just to look at the new model cars and second to have my current Mazda serviced. First off, everybody here gives A+ service. You don't really see those typical 'aggressive' sales people following your every step. It's that perfect balance of being available and knowledgeable, but not overbearing. Jag in the service center was also extremely helpful and a no point did I ever feel like they were trying to sell me a service that I didn't need, but just making sure I understood the health of my car and what items might need to be serviced in the next 5k-10k miles. I really appreciated that. They may charge more than your typical mechanic for oil changes/service, but I think it is worth it to have a respectful Mazda expert checking out your car.
  
  Additionally, their new facility is beautiful. It's not loud and doesn't feel like you are in a cafeteria or warehouse like other places. The lounge area was very comfortable, wi-fi was fast, and the coffee machine was delicious.
  
  Only one negative is that I had them give me a trade-in value for my car as I'm thinking about buying a new Mazda. I think they way under-valued the car. (I looked myself on KBB and other private sellers for similar cars in worse condition/more miles.)

  Top notch customer service from Jag in the service department. The type of service you'd expect at a luxury store you get here. Will be back for service.
