(March 1, 2019, 8:42 pm)We enrolled out 8year old son at C-D Young Karate because we were hoping it would help with his focus and anxiety. We have been going 2 days a week for a month now and his teacher has told me he much more responsive in class and less hesitant. He loves karate and we are truly blessed for the extra life skills Master Young is giving him.
(October 14, 2018, 10:00 pm)I've had the opportunity to train directly with CD at a Defensive Tactics course for Law Enforcement instruction. He was amongst the most proficient, professional and detail oriented of the trainers at the event. Incredibly focused and picked up on minute details that other participants glossed over or missed. Those who work in this field understand that those tiny details are what make all the difference. If you're in this area and looking for a legit instructor who sees what most others don't, give CD a look. You'll be happy you did.
(October 14, 2018, 7:07 pm)I've seen this school grow from a small karate school to an amazing karate community. The Young's put their students, parents, and the Henderson community first! Their training for all ages is top notch. My child went to 2 weeks of their summer camp and has been to their ninja nights and she always has a blast. Check them out! They are the best karate school in the Henderson and Las Vegas area!
(September 15, 2018, 6:37 am)I have been hoping my 11 year old would find a passion something he loves. Besides YouTube and video games. I was so grateful when he asked if he could try CD Young Karate. I took him the next day and I could see his confidence rising as the class went on. He is now signed up and just so excited. It’s so much more than just learning karate. He is socially awkward and lacks self confidence. In just the few times he’s been I see it helping in those areas. Both Master Young and his father Master Young are absolutely amazing with the kids. I don’t think he would have fell in love with it so much or connecting so well with just anyone teaching him. They are very special. I can’t wait to see how my son is doing in a couple months. I am so grateful.
