“This Starbucks and all the employees are truly the highlight of my days. I work from home, and sometimes this is the only in-person human interaction I get some days. They’re always so sweet and will take the time to chat with me if they’re not super busy. I’ve been trying to go in and work once a week for an hour or so—just to get out of my house, and it’s always so chill with good music. As for the menu items, they always have the food I like, and their black iced tea and strawberry frappes are unmatched. At a corporate level, I love the reusable cups you can buy and the app. My only wish is that they’d add puppachinos for mobile orders.”

After a few days of dialing 611 and getting nowhere, I decide to go into the store. We were having trouble retrieving some information on my son's account. The email was set up incorrectly and we could not get the new pin. I was super frustrated with 611!!! However, Mike to the time to listen to all of our concerns, and rather than rushing us out of the store. Mike helped us with the call to customer service, He stayed on the line with us and helped correct everything. He also went into detail on how we can lower our bill, He gave us a few different options. He was beyond helpful, AT&T is lucky to have him. Makes being a customer with AT&T easy and simple!
