Shannon, 💅🙄....is veeeeeeeeeeery sluggish when it comes to actually assisting 🛒🛒🛒customers 🙄🙄. I arrived, I needed a certain brand of milk due to allergies, in which I showed her a photograph 📸 of the "exact" display of their organic milk products, which the milk I needed wasn't present 🙄🙄!!! I requested to have the milk I needed brought from the back? Shannon replied, "ok, but I can't,until I unload the boxes, whenever I can🙄🙄🙄🪗💅.....(double negative anyone?? 🍽🍽🙄)...........
Sooooooooo, I requested a supervisor to please come back here and retrieve a milk from the back 😏
Her, (Shannon's) tone changed drastically to:
"OH, we haven't received the full vitamin D milk in weeks, I thought you were talking about another milk 🙄(after I'd shown her the photo already initially) 😳
Conclusion: lazzzzzzzy & rude employee, requested manager "steven" whom was on lunch, received no milk 🥛🥛🥛yet received a better response after lighting a 🔥🔥🔥under Shannon's caboose

Absolutely fantastic service was provided to me by employee Jolene. As I was scanning my items and needing some assistance, Jolene stepped up and did her magic. Very helpful and with such a positive attitude. Jolene is a keeper!
