“Shannon, 💅🙄....is veeeeeeeeeeery sluggish when it comes to actually assisting 🛒🛒🛒customers 🙄🙄. I arrived, I needed a certain brand of milk due to allergies, in which I showed her a photograph 📸 of the "exact" display of their organic milk products, which the milk I needed wasn't present 🙄🙄!!! I requested to have the milk I needed brought from the back? Shannon replied, "ok, but I can't,until I unload the boxes, whenever I can🙄🙄🙄🪗💅.....(double negative anyone?? 🍽🍽🙄)........... Sooooooooo, I requested a supervisor to please come back here and retrieve a milk from the back 😏 Her, (Shannon's) tone changed drastically to: "OH, we haven't received the full vitamin D milk in weeks, I thought you were talking about another milk 🙄(after I'd shown her the photo already initially) 😳 Conclusion: lazzzzzzzy & rude employee, requested manager "steven" whom was on lunch, received no milk 🥛🥛🥛yet received a better response after lighting a 🔥🔥🔥under Shannon's caboose 4 🌟 's for the awesome customer service in deli!!! “5 stars for one of the most accommodating Wells Fargo locations in the US! I've lived all across the country, PA, CA, ID, CO, UT, FL, NJ, etc. and this Wells Fargo stood out to me. Their customer service is top-notch, they always seem to genuinely care about helping the customers. Crystal (I think her name is) is phenomenal and helpful and truly on the customer's side in trying to aid them in whatever they need. She remembered everything about my husband and I the second time we went in and made a point to ask about out situation. Impressed. The management is very thoughtful and hospitable. So friendly! Love this location, lucky to live less than 5 minutes from it!”
